American Pleasure Products would like to thank you for your trust in us and our products, and your willingness to refer a friend. We look forward to the opportunity to work with your potential customer to complete the sale.

The following terms and conditions apply to the referral program:

• 1. The referral must result in a sale to qualify.
• 2. The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with American Pleasure Products.
• 3. The referral reward will be processed within 30 days following the delivery and will be sent electronically via the email provided on the referral form.
• 4. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• 5. American Pleasure Products reserves the right to adjust reward amounts or program terms at any time with prior notice to participants.
• 6. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior related to the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
• 7. American Pleasure Products reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against suspected fraudulent activities.
• 8. American Pleasure Products reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• 9. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the program terms.
• 10. Personal information collected for the referral program will be used in accordance with American Pleasure Products’ Privacy Policy.
• 11. Participants consent to the collection and use of their information for program administration and reward processing.
• 12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Michigan, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
